About Me: Alison specializes in supporting those facing the challenges of chronic stress, anxiety/depression and trauma by providing them with tools to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate a sense of safety within themselves, fostering sustainable healing. She does this through a style of trauma-informed yoga that combines somatic practices and traditional yoga principles. She is passionate about creating accessible spaces for all people to experience freedom and healing within their bodies.
