This experience combines intuitive movement, breathwork, and meditation with practical goal setting and creative visioning—offering space to slow down, gain clarity, and align your goals with the life you want to build.

Whether you’re refining personal goals, professional direction, or overall lifestyle habits, this workshop offers thoughtful structure, reflection, and actionable tools to help you begin 2026 with purpose.

Session One:

Jan 15 | Clarity & Goal Setting

In Session One, we’ll begin with gentle, nourishing movement and breathwork to help you arrive fully, settle your nervous system, and create space for meaningful reflection. From this grounded place, you’ll move into a practical, guided goal-setting experience designed to bring focus to what matters most for 2026.

This session offers a supportive environment to clarify your priorities, identify aligned next steps, and establish a clear foundation for the year you’re building.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a journal, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

Session Two:

Jan 29 | Visioning & Inspired Action

In Session Two, we’ll ease into the evening with grounding breathwork and a guided meditation to help you reconnect with your intentions for the year ahead. From this centered place, you’ll move into creating your personal vision board—a thoughtful, creative process that brings your goals, values, and inspirations into clear visual form.

This session offers a calm, supportive space to translate clarity into momentum and to align your next steps with the life you’re building.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a journal, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. We will provide all vision board materials. You are welcome to bring any additional pictures, clippings, quotes, or magazines to use on your vision board.

Join us as we close this workshop series with intention, creativity, and a renewed sense of direction for 2026.
