My Class Style: My yoga teaching style is rooted in connection—connection to breath, to body, and to the present moment. Through mindful movement and intentional practice, I guide students in using yoga as a tool to deepen their connection to compassion, empathy, joy, and resilience. Beyond the physical practice, my classes foster a sense of community—a space where we uplift, support, and grow together.

I've been a lifelong student of movement—basically, if it involved jumping, twirling, or kicking, I was all in. As a kid, I was always on the move, whether it was ballet, gymnastics, swimming, running, or even martial arts—I have a black belt in Karate and spent years studying Aikido (yes, I can still roll out of just about anything).

Yoga first entered my life at the age of eight, thanks to my parents, and while my practice has changed over the years, it has always been my anchor. Despite completing two 200-hour yoga trainings (because, clearly, I like to go all in), I never planned on teaching. But in 2023, my teacher and mentor saw something in me that I hadn’t yet seen in myself. She knew I was searching for more after years in the hospitality industry had left me feeling burnt out. With her encouragement, I embarked on my third 200-hour teacher training and I stepped into teaching—and it transformed my life in ways I never expected.

Now, I get to share this practice that has given me so much, connecting with people in a way that is deeply fulfilling. I love teaching and practicing a variety of styles, from fiery, sweaty power vinyasa (yes, please, crank up the heat!) to the slow, grounding embrace of restorative yoga. When I’m not on the mat, you can find me exploring movement through pilates, hiking, breath work, and traveling—because adventure, like yoga, is all about embracing the journey.
